One spoon longan,

Two spoons dried red dates.

Four slices ginsengs.

Three spoons uncooked peanuts

with red skin.

with one gallon water, slow cook those for 4 hours, then add some brown sugar, drink 2 times a day, half of glass in the morning after wake up, and half of glass in the evening before sleeping for 27 days during the winter time.
