Developed over 1,700 years ago within the Daoist tradition, Wild Goose Qi Gong is known for its lively, smooth, and meditative movements that promote harmony of body, breath, and mind.
As a movement-oriented system of Qigong, Wild Goose Qi Gong naturally incorporates Tai Chi–like and Yoga-like postures and stretching movements to gently open the body’s Twelve Meridians and encourage healthy Qi circulation throughout the body, including the Microcosmic Orbit along the Conception and Governing Vessels.
