Wu Tai ChiWu style T'ai Chi has a history of being associated with longevity.

It has been noted that Yang and Chen style T'ai Chi practitioners live 30%longer than non-practitioners. But, Wu style T'ai Chi practitioners live an extra 10% longer than those who practice Yang and Chen T'ai Chi! 

This class will explore the health benefits and skills of practicing Wu style T'ai Chi.
