To improve health and vitality, this practice uses vocal sounds, breath, movement, and meditation to improve energy or Qi circulation.   When practiced regularly with proper intent,  It helps to harmonize internal functions and contribute to the practitioner's longevity.  According to ancient Chinese wisdom, each sound is associated with an internal organ system, an external sense organ, and an emotion.
